When customers connect to Guest WiFi, they should first see a splash page prompting them to log in. After a successful login, they should be redirected to your venue’s chosen landing page.
However, if there’s a configuration issue, users may instead be looped back to the login screen after entering their details and selecting marketing preferences, preventing full internet access.
Your hardware will try multiple times before displaying the following error:
There has been a problem
Please try again later, if you are the venue owner please contact Wireless Social

This error means there has been an authentication error. If your WiFi hardware supports RADIUS authentication, then this may indicate an error in the RADIUS configuration.
If your hardware supports RADIUS check the following settings to start with:
RADIUS IP/URL and secret.
It's important that there are no spaces before and after the RADIUS secret.
Check that your Firewall is not blocking the RADIUS ports 1812 and 1813. Traffic needs to be allowed through.
Where RADIUS was not part of the configuration, please check for any API passphrases or secret have been entered without spaces.
To check the configuration for your hardware you can locate our set up guides in our Hardware Guides collection.
If you're still having problems after checking these settings, please get in touch with our Support team.
