For the Guest WiFi service to function, all access point MAC addresses broadcasting your guest SSID must be added to the Wireless Social Insights Portal.
If an end user is presented with the following error message when trying to connect to your Guest Wi-Fi network, it indicates that we're missing the access point from our Wireless Social system.
To resolve this, we will need to add the access point to our system.
Please contact the Support team with the following information so that we can help:
Your venue name.
Hardware type - such as Meraki, Ruckus SmartZone etc.
Provide an up to date list of your access points.
