Journey assets are the logos, images, videos and fonts you upload to the Wireless Social portal. Once uploaded, you can apply your assets to any guest WiFi login journey to personalise the customer experience.
You can upload the following:
Logo images.
Background images.
Background videos.
Fonts.
Content images.
Upload an asset
To upload a new asset:
Log into your Wireless Social account.
From the left-hand menu, click Configure WiFi and click Assets.
Click New Asset.
Click Choose file, locate your asset from the file explorer and click Open.
In the Internal Name field, type a file name.
🤓 Tip: We recommend adding a unique name including the month and year. This makes it useful in identifying your assets in the list.
Click the access group drop-down and select an access group.
Click Create Asset.
Your asset will be added to the table and you'll be able to apply it to your login journey.
Manage an asset
Manage your uploaded assets from the asset table.
🤓 Tip: If you have a big asset library, use the Search field to easily find the asset you want to edit.
Edit an asset
To edit an asset:
From the asset list, find the file you want to edit. Click the cog
icon.Click Edit.
Edit the file name or change the access group.
Click Save to apply the changes.
🤓 Tip: To edit multiple assets, use the arrows
in the top left of the screen to scroll through your list of assets.
Delete an asset
If you would like to delete an asset, please get in touch with the support team for assistance.
Asset requirements
📌 Note: Mobile view applies a central crop to the image. Use a zoomed-out style image for best results.
Logo: JPG or PNG, up to 400 pixels wide.
Background image: JPG or PNG, landscape format only, maximum width 1200 pixels.
Background video: MP4 using h264; with no audio, text or logo, landscape 16:9 ratio, maximum 5 MB. 20 seconds or less. Plays on repeat.
Fonts: WOFF, WOFF2, TTF or OTF.
Content images: JPG, PNG or GIF, recommended width up to 400 pixels.
