To manage an existing login journey on Wireless Social, follow the steps below:
Log into Insights using your email address and password.
From the left hand menu, find and select Configure WiFi.
Click Login Journeys.
Choose the journey you would like to manage from the table and click on the journey name to open.
🤓 Tip: You can also click the cog icon
and Edit to manage a journey.Update and configure the journey nodes using the journey builder.
The basic journey flow will be in place by default, which is Start, then Show Page, then Online, then Go To URL.
Click Save Journey in the top right of the page to save your changes.
Apply a journey to a venue
To apply this journey to a venue or venue group:
Click Apply To Venues and make your selection of venues.
click Apply.
