⚠️ Important: To follow these steps, you need Administrator permissions.
To set up a new login journey in Wireless Social, follow the simple steps below:
Log into Insights using your email address and password.
From the left hand menu, find and select Configure WiFi.
Click Login Journeys, then click New Journey in the top right corner.
Name the login journey using the text field in the top left corner.
Update and configure the journey nodes using the journey builder.
The basic journey flow will be in place by default, which is Start, then Show Page, then Online, then Go To URL.
Click Save Journey.
🤓 Tip: To apply this journey to a venue or venue group, click Apply To Venues to make your selection of venues then click Apply.
