Manage decision nodes in a login journey

Add, edit, and remove decision nodes to control how a guest WiFi login journey routes users based on conditions and outcomes.

Written by Stephanie Desveaux

Decision nodes determine which path a user follows during a guest WiFi login journey by evaluating conditions, such as date range or login counts, and routing outcomes.

They are a flexible feature that can support a wide range of use cases, from simple logic checks to more tailored customer experiences. For example, a decision node can be used to schedule a redirect, allowing you to control when a specific landing page is shown.

Managing decisions effectively helps keep login journeys clear, adaptable, and easy to update as requirements change.

Follow along with our video guide.
