⚠️ Important: Before you can use a custom font in your guest WiFi login journey, it must be available in your Assets library.
Upload a custom font to your asset library
To upload fonts to your Asset library, follow the steps below:
Go to Insights, open the Configure WiFi menu section and click on Assets.
Click New Asset in the top right corner.
Click Choose File to select the font file you wish to upload, input a name and assign to the relevant Access Group.
Most font file formats accepted, including TTF, OTF and WOFF.
Click Create Asset to upload.
Use a custom font in your login journey
To use your custom fonts in your login journey, follow the steps below:
In the login journey editor on Insights, open up the Show Page node you wish to use a custom font on by clicking the edit
icon.
To use a custom font on labels, buttons and general body text on the page, navigate to the field labelled Body Font and choose the font from the dropdown list.
To use a custom font on headers and large text, navigate to the field labelled Heading Font and choose the font from the dropdown list.
Check the preview window to confirm you're happy with the font changes and if so, click the Close button.
To update the live journey, please click Save.
📌 Note: If you set a body font but not a heading font, headers and large text will automatically fall back to the body font.
