Find your standard reports
To find your readily available standard reports in Insights, follow the steps below:
Log in to Insights.
On the left hand menu, click Standard Reports.
Select the required report.
📌 Note: These reports can't be edited.
Available standard reports
On Insights, you have access to the following ready-made reports:
Logins: Timeseries charts showing logins, new vs repeat users, opt-in rate, login method and new marketable users.
Demographics: Pie charts showing user breakdowns by age group and gender.
Presence: Only available to those with Insights Plus. Number of devices seen, conversation rate, average dwell time and devices seen by hour of day.
Behaviour: Average number of visits per user, % of returning users and average dwell time, based on opted in and out users.
Venues: A table breakdown of key metrics by venue. Sort any column in ascending or descending order.
🤓 Tip: Behaviour reports are best viewed with last three months or longer as a date range filter, and month as level of detail filter.
