To set up a scheduled send of any standard or custom report on Wireless Social Insights, follow the steps below:
π Note: This sends the report as a PDF document via email to the recipients listed.
On Insights, open the required report.
Click Schedule Report.
Complete the fields below:
Title: Something clear and relevant that allows you to easily identify the report in your email inbox.
Reporting period: What date range you want the report to include.
Venues: Choose from all venues, a group, or one specific venue.
Send frequency: How often you want to receive a PDF copy of the report via email.
First send: A date and time of your choosing to receive the first copy.
Timezone: Ensure this is relevant to the venues and recipients.
Recipients: From the list, select the recipient email addresses.
Click Save.
