Here is a troubleshooting guide for general Guest WiFi login issues.

Having guest WiFi login problems?

If you or your guests can't connect to the Public WiFi in your venue, follow these troubleshooting steps in order to get online:

Are all devices affected?

  1. Can other devices in your venue connect to the internet?

  2. Can anyone connect to another SSID on the same equipment?

If the internet isn't working at your venue at all this may indicate a wider access point or network outage.

Get in touch with your network provider or external IT Support for further assistance.

Only the guest WiFi affected?

If it appears to be only the guest WiFi that is affected, follow these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Can you see a login page asking you to log into the WiFi?

    1. If yes: please complete the log in journey to connect to the guest WiFi.

    2. If no: follow the instructions below:

      • Make sure the guest WiFi SSID is selected.

      • Open your preferred web browser.

⚠️ Important: When entering the URL ensure that you don't enter https://

Once the website has loaded, you will either see a message confirming you're online, you can browse the internet as normal. Or you will be redirected to the guest WiFi login page.

Still having issues?

If you're still struggling to connect to the guest WiFi, gather as much information as possible, such as:

  • Screenshots of any error messages.

  • Take a screen recording of the login journey.

  • Your device MAC address.

  • Date and time of the login attempt.

Then get in touch with the Support team who will be able to help.
