📌Note: The following set up guide shows you how to configure your Aruba Instant On access points through the cloud portal.
Log in to your Aruba Instant On portal.
Click the Networks icon and then Add a new network. Configure with:
Network Name: e.g. Guest WiFi - or whatever you wish.
Network Type: Guest.
Press Save to confirm.
Next, on the network you just created, click the Customize guest portal link and configure with:
Portal Type: External
Server URL:
Redirect URL:
You can find the Whitelist domains via the following article: Configure your walled garden. There may also be other relevant regional accounts if your venue is outside of the UK or US that you will need to add.
To configure the RADIUS servers, add the below settings:
Send RADIUS Accounting: Enabled.
Primary RADIUS Server IP: 18.168.231.87.
Primary RADIUS Server Secret: Please contact Support.
⚠️ Important: Ensure that there are no spaces before and after the RADIUS secret.
Secondary RADIUS Server: Enabled.
Secondary RADIUS Server IP: 18.134.223.213.
Secondary RADIUS Server Secret: Please contact Support.

Press Apply changes to save.
