Improvements in this release

Here are some of the improvements we have made through April:

Venue management

A breakdown of changes made to venue management.

Deactivated venues removed from preview venue list

We've cleaned up the preview venue list so deactivated venues are no longer included. This makes it quicker to find and select active venues, particularly when using Self Serve.

Reports

A breakdown of some improvements made to our Reporting tools.

Updated scheduled report email wording

We've updated the wording of automated emails sent with scheduled reports to make it clearer how to raise issues and where to follow up with Support. Recipients now see accurate guidance on next steps.

Added end date option to scheduled reports

We've added the ability to set an end date on scheduled Insights reports. Recurring reports can now be aligned to stop automatically at the end of a campaign or activity period rather than requiring manual cancellation.

Campaign Builder

Updates to the Campaign builder tool.

Added multi-date selection to date targeting

We've extended the Date Selector targeting rule so multiple specific future dates can be added at once. This removes the need to combine separate date range and day-of-week rules to target individual recurring dates such as specific Sundays.

Activate

Updates to our Activate service.

Added World Cup 2026 to sport events list

We've added the World Cup 2026 feed to the list of sport events available in Activate. Venues can now select and target the tournament when configuring Activate campaigns.


Fixes in this release

Here are some of the fixes we have worked on through April:

WiFi Configuration

A breakdown of WiFi fixes that have been deployed.

Resolved errors on Ruckus SmartZone clustered estates

We've fixed an issue affecting estates running Ruckus SmartZone in non-API cluster configurations, where multi-venue errors were being displayed across the estate. Venue connectivity reporting now functions correctly on these configurations without spurious error messages.

Insights Fixes

A breakdown of some improvements applied to our Insights platform.

Resolved issues in the Evo portal

We've fixed two issues affecting Insights when accessed through the Evo portal: widgets that previously failed to load now display correctly, and in-app support chat is now consistently accessible regardless of the user's initial functional cookie selection.

Resolved missing 7-day login statistics

We've fixed an issue where the 7-day login figure was failing to populate for venues on a specific data source. Login statistics now calculate and display correctly across all venues.

Resolved Venue Statistics error on long date ranges

We've fixed an issue where the Venue Statistics page returned a 500 error when a date range longer than 30 days was selected. Longer date ranges now load and display correctly.

Resolved scheduled report issues

We've fixed two issues affecting scheduled Insights reports. Reports that were previously failing with an error and not being delivered now run and send as configured, and passwords applied to a scheduled report can now be cleared once set rather than remaining permanently in place.

Resolved Privacy Policy display after save

We've fixed an issue where Privacy Policy text was not visible after being saved on a venue configuration. The configured Privacy Policy now displays correctly once changes have been saved.

Campaign Builder

A breakdown of some improvements applied to Campaign building.

Resolved custom font display in previews

We've fixed an issue where custom fonts configured for splash pages were not rendering in preview, including heading and body text styles. Previews now show the configured custom fonts as they appear to end users.

Integrations

A breakdown of some improvements applied to integrations.

Resolved daily CRM sync performance delays

We've investigated and resolved performance delays affecting daily CRM syncs that had been running progressively later in the morning. Sync completion times have returned to expected windows.


Security updates in this release

Numerous security fixes and enhancements.
