Contact your Account Manager, update details, manage contracts, billing, and access other teams beyond support.

If you need to contact us for non-technical support queries, visit our Contact us page so we can discuss the following:

  • Your invoice or billing.

  • Your contract renewal.

  • Modify or cancel your existing contract.

  • Make a complaint.

  • Find out who your Account Manager is.

  • Something else.

Get in touch with our team regarding your account:

  1. Go to our Contact us page.

  2. Click the Access Digital Assistant icon in the bottom-right corner.

  3. Select Ask a Question and/or choose the option most relevant to their query.

To ensure the most accurate answers, you should:

  • Be specific about what you need.

  • Include details such as account type or feature.

  • Rephrase or ask for more detail if the first answer doesnโ€™t fully resolve your query.

  • Follow up with additional questions if needed.
