Customise a Page Template

A step by step guide on how to customise a page template to suit your brand or venue.

Customise a page template

To customise a page template on your guest WiFi journey, simply follow the steps below:

  1. In the left hand menu, go to Configure WiFi, then select Login Journeys.

  2. Click the name of the journey you wish to customise from the table. Or click the Cog Cog icon icon, and select Edit.

  3. Navigate to the Show Page node in the Login Journey editor and click the edit icon Edit icon to access the page design editor.

  4. Select ‘Standard Template’ from the dropdown list.

  5. As an optional step, use the Description box to label your page for easy identification; e.g. Edinburgh venue, Christmas promo.

  6. Next, upload or select your Logo and Background Image.

  7. As an optional step, you can also upload a Background Video.

  8. In the Page Colour field, set a background colour using RGB, HSL, or Hex, or you can use the eyedropper tool to match a colour on screen.

  9. Set and colour the Call to Action Text Colour above the login methods using RGB, HSL, Hex, or the eyedropper tool.

  10. Customise the Email Login Button background and text colour using RGB, HSL, Hex, or the eyedropper tool. To switch between a rectangular or rounded button, use the Rounded Buttons toggle.

  11. Adjust the alignment of the call to action text and login options. To move elements to the bottom, turn on Align Main Content to Bottom.

  12. In the Form Background Colour field, set the form's background and text colour. Preview this by clicking Use your email.

  13. As an optional step, customize fonts for body and headers. Choose from available fonts or upload custom font files.

  14. As an optional step, you can add in Content Images.

    • Content Image requirements: JPG, PNG or GIF, recommended width up to 500px

    • Content Image positions available:

      • Content Image 1 - above CTA text.

      • Content Image 2 - below login methods.

      • Footer Image - bottom of page.

  15. Once customisation is complete, click Close, then Save Journey for updates to take effect.

You can then preview the page to ensure it appears as intended. Click Preview in the top right to preview the login journey.

Asset requirements

  • Logo: JPG/PNG, up to 355px wide.

  • Background Image: JPG/PNG, landscape, min width 1200px.

  • Background Video: MP4 h264 format, no audio, landscape 16:10 ratio, max file size 5MB.

  • Font: Most custom font file formats accepted, including WOFF, WOFF2, TTF and OTF.

  • Content Image: JPG/PNG/GIF, up to 500px wide.
