To quickly find answers to queries or learn more about your Wireless Social product, you can browse the articles in our knowledge base by following the steps below:

From the application

  1. In EVO or in Insights, click the Access Digital Assistant image.png icon.

  2. Click the Help icon.

  3. In the search bar, enter your question then press enter.

  4. Select the relevant article or browse the available collections to explore the articles.

  5. Once you finish reading, rate the article based on how your question was answered.

From your web browser

  1. Browse the collections, and explore the articles in each collection.

  2. In the search bar, enter your question then press enter.

  3. Select the relevant article.
